What is the Stay Fresh Club?
The Stay fresh Club is an automatic shipment program. By joining the Stay Fresh Club you eliminate the hassle of placing your monthly order by scheduling your favorite Freshends items to be automatically shipped to you every 1, 2 or 3 months. Customers who join the Stay fresh Club will receive a complimentary Freshends Chrome Dispenser with their first order and always hear about new products first!
By selecting a delivery frequency and placing your order, you are agreeing to allow us to charge your credit card for the set dollar amount at the frequency you selected (1, 2 or 3 months). All changes or cancellations for the Stay Fresh Club may be made by logging into your Freshends.com Account, contacting us by phone at 888.400.4780 or by email at email@example.com.
How do I join the Stay Fresh Club?
JOINING THE CLUB – Joining the Stay Fresh Club is easy and is done when you place an “Place Order on Auto Shipment” order. On the product page select “Place Order on Auto Shipment”. On the next screen select the frequency in which you would like that product delivered. If “Place Order on Auto Shipment” is not on the product page, that product is not elgible for Auto Shipment. Repeat this process for as many products you want automatically shipped. You can have multiple subscriptions. At checkout you will enter the necessary billing and address information.
AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS – With your first Automatic Shipment order shipment, you will receive a complimentary Freshends gift. While you are checking out you will see a notice at the bottom of your order showing how much your reoccurring cost will be and when your next order will be shipped. After your initial shipment, you will receive the same items at the frequency you selected without having to re-order. After your order has been processed, your credit card will be charged, an invoice will be emailed to you and your order will be shipped.
RETURN ORDERS – To return a Stay Fresh Club order, please contact us to obtain an authorization number and the correct receiving address for the return shipment.
Freshends® is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to shipping, billing and e-mail, information.
Failure to do so may result in the delay, cancellation or loss of your order. Stay Fresh Club orders that are re-routed to a different address (for any reason) may incur additional shipping charges.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT — There are three ways to manage your account.
- On our website go to My Account. Once logged in you will be able update contact, shipping, billing and credit card information. You will also be able to update modify or cancel your subscriptions.
- Call (888) 400-4780. Regular business hours are from 8 AM – 5 PM PST
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org describing the changes you would like us to make to your account. If you e-mail a change to your club order, the change is not valid until you receive a confirmation email from a Customer Service Representative.
Freshends® Is Not Responsible For E-Mails That Are Not Received
FREQUENCY / NEXT SHIP DATE – At any time, you may change the interval between your automatic shipments by logging into your Freshends.com Account or contacting us.
Changes may not take place until after your next scheduled order date.
CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION — For security reasons, you must call Customer Service to change any credit card information.
EXPIRED OR DECLINED CREDIT CARD — If the credit card on file is expired or declines for any reason, we will attempt to contact you for updated information (if the card is simply declined, we will first try to resubmit the card). If we do not receive a response from you within 10 business days, your order may be cancelled.
